DX80 Rebooting

Hi Everybody,

I have got 2 DX80 for testing and it works perfectly, the only things is sometimes it reboot itself without a reason. I have cheeked everything, even changed the active load for sipdx.10-2-2-33. As well as I have opened the RTMT during the fail and the status keep registered has anyone similar or the same issue.

Hey Wilnes,

I would upgrade the DX's to the latest build 10.2.3 and see if that helps. There were a few HDMI related defects that would cause reboots in 10.2.2 so the upgrade may help. If it does not help i would open a TAC case and generate a problem report on the DX80 right after a random reboot occurs. With that PRT file we can determine what caused the reboot to occur.
