Hi Gents,
I am trying to get two SX10 in two different locations over MPLS.... Both devices are registered with CUCM, can make and receive audio call from any phone in the cluster; However, i can get the device to call each other(Video call).
With the SIP set for Standard SIP for telepresence end point, calls between sx10 ran once then drop. Wireshark shows:
SIP/2.0 503 Service Unavailable
Reason: Q.850;cause=47
With the sip profile set for telepresence conferencing, calls between sx10 get connected with audio but no video!
Both device are brand new and running 7.3 code and CUCM is 10.5.2

Problem resolved.
Found out that there was bandwidth reserve for video call in region location.

One way video, or video but no audio, or combinations thereof are usually firewall related. Make sure that you have all the required ports opened through the firewalls for the signalling and media, and that there are no SIP fixup or ALG functions running on the link.

There is no FW involve... both devices are on the same VLAN to start with.
