Need some input here .
I have two systems geographically separated.
When both are in direct mode I can call both ways no issue.
When we register them and dial .. hear it ring than goes to "Call Cleared Disconnect"
When his is registered and my system is in direct mode "Network Rejected the Call"
???

It your side has always worked, it could possibly be system A's firewall. Especially if they are inspecting incoming packets.

How are you dialing the endpoints when calling direct vs through the VCS?
Are the required ports open and/or SRV records in place for the VCS's?

dialing via IP and alias .. same error.
The ports that are set on our FW are working.
There is a other firewall on the side of system A ...
My system B has been working thru our firewall for other EP's.
Ports opened
1719 UDP, 1720 TCP, 5555-5564 TCP , 2326-2387 UDP also the well known ports.
