%CALL_CONTROL-6-CALL_LOOP problem

Hi,

I use c3845 as SBC. During peak hours when it is serving about 600 concurrent calls often following error occurs:

Dec 2 20:08:03: %CALL_CONTROL-6-CALL_LOOP: The incoming call has a global identfier already present in the list of currently handled calls. It is being refused.

---

After it appear many calls are dropped.

I know that call identifier number is limited, but limit is 65535 so I do not think we reach it. I can not find any solution for this error. Did you ever meat such problem? What is your solution?

Hi,

since there is no obvious configuration to address the issue, suggest you contact the TAC so the matter can be looked into by engineering if necessary.
