Calls are not coming to VG ISR 4331

Hi Guys,

I have VG ISR 4331 on which calls are not coming on our gateway even. But PRI status is up and channel are up. Controller status is up. I checked with ISP end by connecting analog phone with PRI they are bale to make calls. But when i am trying to call on my main number by using mine VG calls are not hitting on gateway. Any idea why this happening ?????

Is your PRI MGCP controlled ? Do outbound calls work ? What does "show isdn service" show ?

Are you able to make outbound calls ?
Have you checked, if their are any packet drops/slip error on controller?
