Calls Ring Out - no engaged tone sent

Hi,

Quick question.

We are getting an anomaly back when dialling out to the PSTN via EM cards at remote sites and an EI card locally. The call goes out, and the caller receives ring tone, even when we know the phone is in use. We also have FXS/FXO trunks - using these it works fine.

We have tried different IOS`s but to no avail??

Any ideas?

Most probable reason is the called phone configured for Call waiting facility.
