Hey
In a hybrid teaching room we have a Quadcam(+Room Codec EQ) pointing out towards the students.
On the backwall we have a screen so the teacher can see the online participants.
See photo.
The problem is that the Quadcam thinks that the screen with the online participants, are people in the room.
The Quadcam tracks this screen in speaker mode and so on.
On page 231 of the Administration Guide:
It refers to the "Cameras Camera [n] ExcludedArea" funktion.
It says:
"When set, this configuration instructs the Multi Camera Director to ignore faces that appear
in selected areas of a camera's field of view"
Does this only work in Multi Camera Director mode?
Does anyone know how to work with this polygon spherical system and can you get a visual representation on the screen?
Best regards
Lars

Have you looked into setting up Meeting Zone on the Room Kit EQ? Try making it smaller then the actual room so the screen is not in the meeting zone.
Set up a meeting zone on Board, Desk, and Room devices

Thanks!
From a short test, that seems to do the trick.
