Can a space on CMS automatically call predefined participants when it becomes active?

E.g for emergency conferences.

The documentation says you can add outgoing calls to an active space, i.e. 1 call must be active.

If the user is logged into CMA and connected to a Space, they can either invite someone via email or call them from the Space.  It's not possible to have a Space automatically call people, solution would be to use TMS and schedule a conference that is set to Automatic Connect.
