Can not integrate Cisco Meeting Server with LDAP (Microsoft AD)

Hello,

I can not integrate Cisco Meeting Server with AD. The error that I am getting is:

LDAP sync operation failed
2017-06-15	09:22:53.147	Warning	LDAP sync: record 'OU=Test1,DC=pexim,DC=co,DC=yu' has blank mapped jid -- abandoning sync

The settings are below:

Active Directory Server Settings

Address
Port
Secure connection
Username
Password	[change]
Confirm password

Corporate Directory Settings

Restrict search to searcher OU

Import Settings

Base distinguished name
Filter

Field Mapping Expressions

Display name
Username
Space name
Space URI user part
Space secondary URI user part
Space call ID

Does anyone have idea what I should do?

I managed to get it working. This are the new settings:

That usually is a problem with the syntax of any of the parameters, you have a typo or not using the right name, or in some cases, your LDAP is not replying with the field you're using in the mapping.

Check that the users you're trying to import all have the required fields populated in AD for the variables you want to use, if any of them are blank you can get that error.

Could you please tell me the LDAP User name password which we integrate with CMS , so what is the minimum and maximum user rights to give it in ACTIVE Directory end ????
