Hi , I am new to Cisco Video Infrastructure but have idea on Polycom Video .

I need to know if  we can Use Cisco MCU 5320 without any Gatekeeper ( VCS or CUCM) to establish a multiparty call between five SX20 Endpoints. Probably a dial in type of conference where each participant should dial MCU IP address and a Conference ID to get connected to each other.

You probably could - but it wouldn't be an ideal, or necessarily a "supported" configuration.

It would also make more sense to connect the MCU to the same call control platform as the SX20s are registered to (assuming they are not all standalone devices as well?)
