Cisco is forcibly disconnecting all actively registered MX and SX endpoints from WCH on June 1st per the end of support policy for RoomOS devices. I wouldn’t be surprised if they disabled the ability to register new devices early, although I have not seen this documented. Talk to your Cisco account team or partner about a replacement.

Thanks Jonathan, does it mean the MX series currently in use will be disconnected after June 1st? Thanks.

Yes. All MX and SX models as well as the DX70. The red warning banner at the top of the Webex Control Hub Devices page and email reminders have been very clear about this over the past few months. The DX80 reaches end of support January 2026, so it will be next.
