Cannot create log file on CTS-1000

We are trying to create log files on our CTS-1000.  Here is what we did:

From Cisco Telepresence System Administration

Select Log files

Select Capture new log file

Select Problem Type - Phone

Select Catpure New Log Files button

The system displays the following messge:

Capturing Cisco Telepresence system log files.

This may take several minutes.

Please wait...

After a few minutes, the message is gone but there apperas that there are no log files created.  Here is what is displayed:

Log Capture Status: Not Generated(0%)

Previous Logs Captured At: Not Generated

Problem Type: Not Generated

What are we missing here?

This is an occasional problem with the CTS GUI. The easiest workaround is just to run utils logs generate other from the CLI. Afterwards you'll be able to download them from the GUI.
