Hello,
Greetings..!!
Inorder for the web snapshot to be used , you need a remote monitoring option key. From TC7.3.3 onwards this key is chargeable. It is available at a cost of $100 US.

The requirement to have a Remote Monitoring Option Key installed to see the snapshots of the cameras and content on the Call Control page of the Web Interface was introduced in software release TC7.3.3. If you're running a software release prior to this, then you will be able to see the snapshots without such a key installed.
To get the Remote Monitoring Key, you need to purchase it from Cisco, it's around US$100 list price per endpoint.
The licence you want can be found under the top level SKU L-TP-RM. Then pick L-C-SERIES-RM, L-MX-SERIES-RM, L-SX-SERIES-RM, L-EX-SERIES-RM or L-PROF-SERIES-RM underneath, depending on which model endpoint you need it for.
There are quite a number of people in the forums who see this as nothing but a money grab from Cisco as they're now charging for a feature that should be free (and was free before TC7.3.3).
This has been discussed many times in these forums before - some sample links about this functionality, the licences required, and issues with the functionality are:
Once you have your key, you can enter it via the web interface of the endpoint, or via the CLI.

In addition to the comments about the Remote Mornitoring option key, be aware that it isn't possible to see the far end video, only snapshots of the local camera and content inputs are shown on the web interface.

I see snapshots of the far end on all mine with the RM key, and on Endpoints running earlier versions of aoftware too. You can see them when you go in to far end camera control.

Oh, maybe I just never noticed, it had been awhile. I knew on earlier software versions you could see the far end, but on newer versions I thought you couldn't, as the admin guides don't indicate you can see the far end snapshots, only the local video sources.

Newer versions have just made it harder to see it. It used to appear next to the participant on the call control screen. Now you need to click the camera control button for the far end endpoint to be able to see the snapshot.
