I am using SX20 device of version TC7.3.6. I just want to see far end view through web access but is showing that "Snapshot require the remote monitoring option Key".

I want to upgrade the SX20 unit on latest version.Can it is possible to directly upgrade from TC 7.3.3. to CE 8.0.1

I just want to add layouts in SX20 manually...Is this possible???

I'm tryng to make SX10 to work in standalone mode. But when I run the diagnostics, it still giving me the error: The system is not registered on SIP. It will not be able to place or receive calls until properly configured. SIP Listen port is ON
