Hi all,
I have a MCU 4205 with Edge95 Endpoint and OCS. Now, I expand more Endpoint so I need buy 1 MCU 4205.
How to cascade 2 MCU 4205? How does it work?
Please help me technical documents and operating guide for cascading 2 MCUs.
Thanks so much!

Hi Tin
Cascade its not good decision.
You may look cisco mcu trade-in program. One MCU is better than cascade.

Hi,
As Olek already mentioned probaly it will be better if you can upgrade the exiting MCU.
Currently you have 12 video / 12 audio ports on 4205.
You can consider for example upgrading to a 4215 ( 30 + 30 ) or even better to a 4220 ( 40+40 ports)

Hi,
Upgrading the exiting MCU 4205 is a good idea, it 's better solution.
How to upgrade to a MCU 4215 (30 +30) from MCU 4205 (12+12)?
Now, I don't find any upgrading license for MCU 4200 Series yet.
Please give me more directions!
Thank you very much

This is not an upgrade. You buy a new MCU and old MCU to return cisco. There is a proposal from cisco - trade in for MCU.
You need to contact your local cisco representative for details.
