The closest you will get would be the release notes as they say what has changed in each of the versions. Generally speaking, the newer versions are usually fixing bugs or security vulnerabilities rather than adding a lot of new features (although there are some added in more major updates). It's highly recommended due to the bug and security fixes that you run one of the more current software releases, as well as to keep your software consistent on all the devices throughout your deployment.
