We have a customer with a Cisco CTS 1310-65 single screen endpoint. We have ran an HDMI cable for presentation purposes to the codec to try and present content full screen. There is about 2-3 inches of no display on the sides and the top. Is this by design? I know that the camera housing comes down about 2 inches in front of the screen and was thinking that if the presentation was fullscreen, part of the presentation would get blocked by the housing.
The customer wants it to be fullscreen. We mentioned the use of a secondary screen which we know would solve the issue. Has anyone ran into this and can maybe shed light on any feature requests or upcoming code that would address this issue?
Thank you for your time..

Hi Daniel,
Yes, this is by design. As you described, the screen is cut out to avoid the camera overhanging the presentation. Additional screens are the only option here.
