Does anyone know of a serial command to swap primary monitor and the secondary output?
Thank you in advance.

Hi Steve,
if it is related to OSD output to be swapped to secondary monitor then you can perform the follwoing task.
xConfiguration Video OSD Output [1..2] (select the OSD Output)
hence it will be
xConfiguration Video OSD Output: 1 for HDMI
xConfiguration Video OSD Output: 2 for DVI
The Video OSD (On Screen Display) Output lets you define which monitor should display the on
screen menus, information and icons. By default the OSD is sent to the monitor connected to the
Video OSD Output 1. If you cannot see the OSD on screen, then you must re-configure the OSD
Output. You can do this by entering a key sequence on the remote control, from the web interface, or
by a command line interface.
Using the remote control: Press the Disconnect key followed by: * # * # 0 x # (where x is output 1 to
2).
Using the web interface: Open a web browser and enter the IP address of the codec. Open the
Advanced Configuration menu and navigate to Video OSD Output and select the video output.
---------
iF you just want to change the role of the monitor on the dual display setup then it will be
xConfiguration Video Output HDMI 1 MonitorRole: First
Value space:
xConfiguration Video Output DVI 2 MonitorRole: Second
Value space:
hope this helps

Thank you.
Let me try one more and serif I can get help with it.
If you are controlling a c40 with Crestron, is there a way to use the cisco touchpanel at thesametime?
Someone in our community said it is not possible.
Thank you for any help.

Hi Steve,
Well using the remote and a non cisco touch at the same time is possible.
I am not sure if this has been tested to have a crestron and the cisco touch panel at the same time, I am not sure of the reason for such a setup however that should be possible as the cisco touch will connect on the network and I suppose the crestron will go on serial.
Again I have personally never tested it.
Thanks
Ravi kr.
