Hi,

Is there any call quality issue while positioning 65 inch screen with SX20. In profile series, we are having limitation in positioning the codec's with respect to the screen so same applies to SX20 also.

Hi Ansul,

please provide more details so that we can understand your query,

Are you installing the screen far away form the codec , i mean the HDMI cable length is what you are looking can cause video issue ?

there would be no issues installing 65" display below are teh resolution with minimum bandwidth to attain that

Minimum bandwidth for resolution/frame rate

• 720p30 from 768 kbps

• 720p60 from 1152 kbps

• 1080p30 from 1472 kbps

• 1080p60 from 2560 kbps

Two HDMI Outputs Supported Formats:

• 1920 x 1080@60 fps (1080p60)

• 1920 x 1080@50 fps (1080p50)

Live Video Resolutions (Encode and Decode):

• 1280 x 720@30, 60 fps (HD720p)

• 1920 x 1080@30, 60 fps (HD1080p)

as far as the capabilty of the codec there would be no issue however if that is happening on calls then there could be other factors which can affect the video. as per the scale mentioned above.

Thanks

Hi Ravi,

Thanks for the reply...  it means we can suggest 42, 55 and even 65 inch screen for SX20. There will be no issue in terms of call quality?

Doubt has raised from the profile series, where for 65 inch screen, we are suggesting only higher end codecs like C60 and C90.

Thanks,

Ansul

We currently use dual 70inch LED/LCDs for most of our C-series, SX20 included, in the past mainly connecting at 720p60fps, but since TC6.x we can now up that to 1080p60fps. Awesome quality
