After upgrading to TC6.2 I noticed that all first 4 slots for the programmable softbuttons IN CALL mode are now reserved by the system.
The user guide on the other hand still details that all five of them should be available.
Any explanation by Cisco engineers why this is so ?
Thank you and kindest regards,
Mihail

Hi,
I believe you have multiway configured in your system. In this mode, the buttons are reserved for functions such as hold, resume, merge, new calls.
This has been as it is since multiway is introduce, not just TC6.2 version.

Excellent news, thank you Teck. It is the Multiway URI, if I enter it, these go away, and then reappear if it is deleted.
Thank you for your answer.
Best regards,
Mihail
