Dear All,

I have problem with video conferencing system C20.
The problem is i forgot extend Cisco contract on this device. (and now it
is few months too late to do this)
Previous contract was ended in August 6, 2014, and was registered on out
third party support company which we do not cooperate now.
This company name was: TULLETT PREBON GROUP LTD LEVEL 3 155 BISHOPSGATE ,
LONDON , LONDON , EC2M 3TQ , TULLETT PREBON GROUP LTD

Device is fully work and I need to upgrade software, Is there any
possibility to help me with upgrading this software?
