We are looking for recommendations on a Call Accounting/Billing system to work with our Cisco 9.1.2.1, we have four Call Managers and approximately 22,000 lines.
We are interested in easily capturing costs for bill back and being able to run call detail reports by extension.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
