Would have preferred Cisco left well enough alone with the clear plexiglass ceiling mics. The new ceiling mics now have a white color and it's now going to cast a shadow on my customer table. For me, lighting and shadows is more of an issue than blending in with ceiling tiles.
Making things more fun, 3rd party mics are also an issue since they use a 4 pin connector in the RK and RK+ and a homemade adapter must be constructed/ purchased since the their own ceiling mic is now less functional.
