Cisco CMS 3.3.6 Recording

I have VQ Manager, 2 * CMS Server 3.3.6, 1 * CMM and a CMS 3.3.6 Server that recording Component is configured.

the problem that i have is that after integrating cms with vq, the recording is not working anymore. don't know what should be the problem. i couldn't enable recording through web app.

all outbound rule and recording uri is configured correctly.

attached the log file,

appreciate if someone could help me to find the solution

Hi,

 

looks like, the call cannot be established:

Why do you use the URI "recorder@recorder" without the domain part (e.g. "recorder@recorder.com")?

How have you configured the outbound rule for the recorder?

yes as i said i configure the outbound rule with "recorder" domain part sending the call to CMS Recorder sip proxy server.

but as you said the call not connected.

configuration is the same as the following documentation, and i don't think that .com would solve my problem. because the document configured the parameter like that.

Can you make a screenshot of the outbound rule?

Can you make a screenshot of the CMS recording config (just use the command "recorder")?

What do you see in the logs of the recording CMS?

Try configuring your outbound rule on CMS to unencrypted (assuming you're not using an encrypted deployment)

also try to turn off call optimization on VCS if VCS is your next hop.
