Hello Karim,

If you have only one CMS node and you are using expressway then CMA think clients are not supported. For that you need to have CMS- Edge server.

Please see the below link-

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/conferencing/ciscoMeetingServer/Deployment_Guide/Version-2-5/Cisco-Meeting-Server-2-5-Single-Combined-Server-Deployment.pdf

To configure it with expressway please see the below link-

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/expressway/config_guide/X8-11/Cisco-Meeting-Server-2-4-with-Cisco-Expressway-Deployment-Guide-X8-11-1.pdf

Thanks

The thick client can be used through the expressway for media termination (TURN services) only (beta feature).  CMS edge is still required for XMPP authentication for the thick client.  Keep in mind the thick client (CMA) will be phased out (along with the xmpp service) in favor of 100% webRTC clients.  The latest version of CMS already supports using Safari on iOS devices for web conferences.
