Cisco CMS / vBrick Integration Single URL Stream VS Unique URL Stream?

According to Cisco Live 2612 "Enterprise Recording and Live Streaming Architecture with VBrick".

Two common deployment methodologies:
-Several shared spaces dedicated to live streaming with unique streamURLs
-Large number of personal space sharing the same streamURL

What is the recommended deployment for URL Stream when integrating CMS with vBrick?

That depends on your requirements.

Cisco just stated common scenarios.

@b.winter  What kinds of requirements do you mean?

On CMS you just configure the URL.

So, it is your decision, which URL you configure. So, you might have a plan, which space should stream to which URL. There is not general right or wrong.

It depends on your / the customer's requirements, to which URL the spaces should stream.

@b.winterBut you can have unique stream URL per space (shared spaces), thus a user wanting to host an event would reserve one of these dedicated cospaces and chose a corresponding presentation profile in Rev.

Or the same stream URL for all personal spaces, in this case, each user would be capable of hosting an event on their own CoSpace, but only one user could do so at a time.

The question arises what is the recommendation.

Like I wrote: There is no general recommendation. Nobody can make a general recommendation, because every deployment is different, as almost everything in life. There is a framework of technical possibilities, and in this framework it's up to your technical ability / creativity / requirements, how you configure / design the system.

And like you wrote, there are different scenarios, how to use streaming. Therefore, you have to decide, based on your / the customer's requirements, which scenario suits better for this specific deployment.

Maybe the next customer needs the scenario B, based on his requirements. What would you do then? Just configure scenario A, just because someone said, only scenario A is the recommended one?
