When I do recordings with the TCS the Power Point presentation alot of the times comes out somewhat blurry. Is there an optimal laptop resolution that should be used when recording content? If not the latop resolution what else might be the problem. Sometimes the content is unreadable.

What TCS Hardware and Software version do you run and do you have premium resolution option?
What is the remote site for the TCS, what kind of endpoint, an mcu? Which resolution / bandwidth / layout
did you use and which quality do you expect? Could also be handy if you upload an example video.
In short, the more info the better.
In general I would try to use 1024x768 and >1mbit/s

Hi Rich,
Furthermore, This kind of issue can be related to packet loss. When you are recording a conference with TCS, do you experience packet loss on the conference? Can you check statistics from MCU/Endpoint to TCS?

are you using SD or HD on MCU?
Have you tried direct calling to TCS and record presentation, if not, try it please.

Ahmad
