Cisco CTS Flickering content sharing display

Hi,

We have around 7 CTS 3000 (Registered on CUCM) and 8 VC SX20 (Registered on VCS). Whenever we have a collaborative conference using CTMS while sharing the content flicker is observed on far end site. Irrespective of whoever is sharing, far end site observes flicker on presentation screen.

Note: We don't have presentation code, we are using center code for content sharing i.e. 5 FPS

Looks like you are running into bug CSCun90206.

Symptom:

Video flicker is seen on the tx stream of some TC endpoints including MX 200/300 units with the premium resolution key installed when connected to a TP server with a CTS endpoint. The issue occurs when the CTS shares a presentation causing the video to flicker from the TC endpoint, then again when the CTS stops sharing.

Conditions:

MX 200/300 endpoint connected to TP server with another CTS endpoint in the same meeting. CTS initiates or stops presenting.

Workaround:

Remove the premium resolution key from the MX.

We don't have any MX, its only SX20 and CTS3000. we face issue only when we have SX20 on call otherwise CTS 3000 to CTS 3000 content sharing works fine. As soon as SX20 is added to call the content sharing from CTS3000 will start flickering. Even if we have steady content we are unable to read it on far end site presentation display.
