Hi,
I want to start a manual recording from end points during a conference call on MCU.
For example 3-4 participants are on same MCU conference room and need to start recording this conference.
Is this possible to start a recording from an enpoint during conference or p2p video call?
Best Regards,
Mesut

What is the type of endpoints are you using?
Are you able to register TCS alias as H323 endpoint on MCU?
Most of the Cisco endpoints have ability to create ad-hoc conferencies: you could try to manually add your recording alias of TCS from endpoint connected to conference for reconding to start.

Here are my 2 posts on how to integrate TCS with CUCM:

Hi Mesut,
There are lot of information required to confirm your query; however in general if and Endpoint is either on P2P or conference call, if it has multipoint or multiway working you can dial to TCS and recording will start. We also need to ensure that whatever activity happening on the caller endpoint.
So If you have conference on MCU, it will be suggested to call from MCU to TCS alias, so that required feed is send by MCU instead of any endpoint.
