Cisco camera (TTC8-02) work fine when using VISCA protocol, but tilt position request does not work when using other brand camera.
When using Sony SRG-300H camera and send a position status request by SX80 CLI command.

Move the camera to other ptz position and send again a position status request by SX80 CLI command.

*s Cameras Camera 1 Position Tilt: 32767<CR><LF> // wrong value

The result of Position Tilt alway`s be 32767 decimal (7F FF Hex).
If you do a test using RS232 terminal software direct on Sony VISCA port it works fine.

This is the correct answer.
From the Cisco manual:
Third-party cameras may work with our codecs, but this is not tested and functionality cannot be guaranteed.
TAC support may be rejected or limited.
So thats easy, if you don`t use Cisco camera, we replace the tilt value to a fixed value of 32767 (dirty trick).
You can control ptz but you can`t use presets because tilt has at all times a fixed value of 32767.
My conclusion, if you need presets buy Cisco camera or other brand conference unit, convince me if I`m wrong.
Even better change/update the firmware to solve this issue a.s.a.p.
