Hi Karan,
What is the error message you get ? Could you pull the RTMT logs and share ?
Cisco recommends to register DX 650 with UCM 9.0 .
It would also come more powerful with upcoming UCM 10.0.
Thanks,
Saurabh

Hi Karan,
Have you upload fresh .cop file to your CUCM?
I recommend you to raise TAC case instead of posting logs here.

I may be way off here, but does the phone have a DN associated? At least with my nubie experiences with SIP phones, they do not register properly until I associate a DN.

Hi Lamar
Yes i associate 1 DN to it

Is there a COP file that contains the DX650 and Jabber for iPad or will I need two separate COP files?
Thanks in advance...

Karan,
What did you do to fix the issue? I have the same phone with the same issue.
CUCM 9.1(1)
COP file loaded
TFTP restarted
DN assigned
"Phone Features Unavailable"
thanks

In order to resolve this issue first you need to upload the cop file then you have to restart the entire system ( CUCM) also cluster if you have. Once its restarted the phone will be registered.
As this is the new cop file and new system restart is must. try this and let me if you face any issue but it should be resolve.
Thanks

Karan,
The reboot was the missing piece by me. Thank you for your help.

CUCM:8.6.1.10000-43
As described:
CUCM-8.6(2) use devicepack cmterm-devicepack8.6.2.xxxxx.cop
CMCM-8.5(1) use devicepack cmterm-devicepack8.5.1.xxxxx.cop
If do not upgrade the CUCM, How to support Dx650?
Thanks.

Hi Chao
You can download 8.6.1 device pack from cisco.com and try with that. It should work if now i'm worried you have to upgrade it to 6.6.2
Thanks
