Cisco DX80 with MRA registration issue

Hi,

We are having Cisco DX80 CE 9.5.2 and CUCM 10.5.2.

Need to register the DX80 using MRA.

Configured below.

 

CUCM

1. Configured in CUCM.

2. Associated the End User

DX80:

  1. LoginName: <UserID>
  2. Mode: Edge
  3. Password: <Password>
  4. Domain: <yourdomain.com>
  5. Protocol: HTTPS

Still it's not working from MRA.

Does an equivalently configured IP Phone register and function successfully? Does Jabber? If not then you likely have a config issue with your Expressway MRA setup or the firewall/NAT surrounding it:

It's registering internal network and Jabber also working in MRA.
