Cisco EX90 switching from speakerphone to handset

I can't switch from speaker phone to handset without using the web interface. I can change from handset to speaker phone on the phone screen but it doesn't let me reverse it afterwards. The only option is speaker phone.

Hi Darin,

I was actually talking about this white dot seen in the picture attached, on my older handset it started to fade away and then the Touchpad does not recognize that the handset is not currently in use and jumps between speakerphone and handset.

Please see picture ( Please note I'm using a new handset that is why the dot is still clear)
