cisco EX90 upside down video image

I am using EX90 with TC 7.1.4, my issue with camera which display my image on opposite side(upside down) even when I make a video call the other party will see my picture reversed upside down but I can see his picture fine.

Are you using the camera as a
document camera? Tilt the camera from upside down, image is automatically
turned upside down, so that both parties will see the document correctly.

my problem is when I put the camera back to the normal position it is still shows upside down pictures

That kind of sounds like the mechanism in the EX90/camera to detect when the camera is pointed downwards to use as a document camera is broken (or stuck).

Try flipping your camera down and back up a couple of times to see if this resolves the issue. 

Failing that, I'd suggest you RMA your device through the TAC (assuming it's covered by an active service contract).
