Cisco kit Mini works on HDMI 1.4 or 2.0

Dear All

We are designed to use the kit mini in 27inch BenQ GW2780T monitor in huddle room of our customer. Can anyone confirm that cisco kit mini can work with this monitor and it has a 1.4hdmi port to work.

It works. HDMI 1.4 and 2 both  support 4 K.

But Cisco End point works minimum on hdmi 1.4 version?

I never face an issue    due to 1.4 or  2.0 Compatibility. CS kit min comes with 2.0 cable, but I have connected CS kit  devices with customer provided 1.4 cables.

I couldn't  find  any information regarding HDMI version details on  data sheet or installation guide.

AFAIK the major difference with 2.0 is that it can handle more bandwidth than 1.4 and it support 60fps.  if you still have a doubt, I would suggest do a POC.
