Good afternoon Dear Community,
I have 2 issue with Cisco Mobile 8.1.
1) Each call from Cisco Mobile 8.1 is dropped on 18-19 sec from start
2) I can put one time calling client ON-HOLD, then I can get back to this client hear him well, but phone will still show HOLD status and I will not be able to put him on-hold again.
Can somebody help me?

im also getting this issue too not the hold well havent tested but the 19 second drop out im getting....

I have the same issue too, Cisco mobile 8.1 or Cisco Jabber with CME 8.6 the call drops after 20 seconds (the screen is showing 19 seconds)
Please help..

How do you connecte the phone to CME?
You need to take "debug ccsip message".

Hi Paolo,
i'm having the same exact problem, it is a UC540, but it is also CME 8.6, i did the "debug ccsip message", it only happens when i initiate the call from the jabber, when the call is initiated from another phone to the jabber, it does not drop the call, any idea ??
