Cisco MRA Jabber video call default bandwidth

Hi All,

I had try to use DX 80 registered to CUCM at external network through MRA.

But the quality is not good due to the bandwidth is only under 384 kbps.

I had set the device pool on CUCM 6M already, but not work.

Does anyone know how to adjust the bandwidth in my situation?

Thanks you firstly.

According to the post you suggestion, it is about region setting on CUCM.

But I had already set the region to 6M, and the internal video is good.

But how come the DX80 on external network through MRA is poor in quality. only 2xx kbps.

Is it the limitation on MRA?

There is no such limitation with DX80 and MRA about the bandwidth. Its most likely a QoS related issue where bandwidth is getting choked at some point in the call flow.
