Cisco Panorama Room Kit Macro - 'Unhandled promise rejection' { code: 1, message: 'No available http connections' }

I have a small macro that is supposed to interact with a Philips Dynalite via UI extensions. However, while writing & testing it, i repeadeatly ran into the issue in the title. Are there any sort of limitations on outgoing API HTTP requests, or do i have to watch out for something like closing sockets when creating many new requests? so far waiting did not fix this, i had to reboot the kit every time this happened
