We have installed the Cisco Video Phone 9971 on a LAN.
The local intercom calls , the Video is not working.
We have enabled Video, Auto Transmit is on, Camera is on.
The SIP version is sip9971.9.4-2-13

Is the lens door on the camera open (I know it sounds simple but most common problem I've seen on here)?
If yes what firmware are you running on the phone and what version of UCM do you have it registered to?
Is the other endpoint a 9971 as well?

Lens: While I did not check Physically, I am assuming it is on because we can see the self images, when we tried calling.
The SIP version is sip9971.9.4-2-13
The UCM version is 10.5
The local Audio calls are being made successfully
The e other phone is also 9971 , in fact it is in the next table.
we have configured appropriately as mentioned above. Even on the device we have enabled Video and camera.
