We have observed that our C 40 device not responding and it went to Maintenance mode.
I can see only Maintenance, Recovery and tools options in Web interface.

You can try the System Recovery page, and swapping to the other software image (if there is one present). Another option would be to re-load the TC software on to the device.

If none of the above work, than you'll need to contact TAC for and RMA and get a replacement codec.
