Cisco Profile Camera Frequency

Hi Everyone,

I have a Cisco Profile 55" with a C60 codec and a Precision HD camera.

I would like to keep the camara frequency as a default to 50HZ which doesnt happen,

eveyrtime i change it on the webpage it comes back to 60HZ automatically.

Is there any way i can keep it permanently fixed @50Hz.

Hi Krishna,

you can change the camera frequency to 50 Hz through web interface or CLI.

did this change after restart ? if you are pushing settings from TMS template, please ensure it is set to 50 Hz in TMS template too.
