Cisco Room Bar - Call from a laptop - Can't access the Room Bar mics

Hello,
When we connect a laptop to the Roombar using an USB-C cable. The Room Bar camera and speakers are accessible from the laptop but not the microphone.
Is there a parameter to check in the Room Bar configuration?

Hi Philou42000, we had a similar issue.  Upgrading the bar to the latest RoomOS version fixed this.  Which version is this on?

We also found that some laptops' USB-C ports worked and others did not.  Not all USB-C ports are the same.

What video calling platform are you using the mic/camera/speakers for?  Is the Room Bar coming up as an option?  We were using Zoom when the mic issue was occurring.

The room OS version is 11.1.3. We are going to udpate it this week.

We use Jitsy and BigBlueBottom as calling platforms.

No matter the platform we use since we didn't see the roombar's mic in the Windows audio property.
