Cisco Room Bar Pro cannot configured to MS Teams

We're trying to configure the Cisco Room Bar Pro to run in MS Teams Room. However, there is no option to configure it, even after updating it to the latest Cisco OS.

There is nothing to configure it.
You have to select the MTR version of the board during onboarding:
https://roomos.cisco.com/doc/MTR/MTROnBoarding

You can either run Room OS, or the MTR version of it. Not both at the same time.
So either registered to Cisco, or registered to MS.

Hello @b.winter we've just figured out the problem. When we tried to onboard, there was no selection for whether to run RoomOS or register as MTR.

From your message, it's not clear to me, if the problem is fixed now or not.
But your Room bar has to have at least RoomOS 11.6.1.5.

The problem is not fix, the problem is that no selection appeared (RoomOS or MTR) when we tried to configured it.

I'll ask again: what's the version of the RoomOS?

We have already resolve the problem after connecting to network and adding 16 digit code we have seen the options. Thanks
