I’ve been fighting an issue at my workplace for a long time now and hope someone on here might have some knowledge or thoughts on this, or better yet experienced and resolved the same issue.
We are experiencing an issue with 4 out of our 30+ room kits where the audio from the remote attendees on the call is cutting out for those in the room for a good few seconds at a time which makes following a conversation difficult at times. We are also experiencing audible popping and clicking sounds, even with no call in progress.
A case has been raised with Cisco twice now with no resolution.
3 out of the 4 affected devices are based at 1 location, with another in a different office in a different city. We have tried updates, factory resetting, changing some audio settings in the admin portal, collected logs and found no apparent issue and are almost at our wits end trying to figure out this intermittent issue.

In my case, the cause of the issue was the HDMI cable between camera and codec. Try to change it. Problem was solved for me.

Did you manage to resolve this issue? I tried swapping the HDMI cable and still the same. perhaps there is a special spec required?
