Hello
We have a dedicated vpn tunnel that Cisco Room kit endpoints are connected at each end. When making a cisco video call to the other end point the call connects ok with audio but they can't see me on the camera unless I place the call on hold and then resume the call. The camera then works OK, but a bit laggy and delayed.
I have placed a test call going via the Internet and not via the vpn tunnel and it works perfectly...
Its on latest room os.
Has anyone else experienced this issue when endpoints are communicating via a dedicated private vpn tunnel?
It's driving me mad! I have lowered call rate and it has no effect.
Any help would be much appreciated

My best guess, based on the hold/resume tidbit, is SIP/RTP protocol inspection along the traffic path, usually a firewall - which is also where IPSec tunnels normally originate/terminate. Turn that crap off; it never works flawlessly.

Hello Jonathan
I have checked the firewalls and the is no SIP/RTP inspection.
I have no idea what else to try.
