We are able to connect to MS Team session with CVI on our Cisco Room kits.
But when the presenter start to share the PowerPoint live, we are not able to see the live presentation on our Cisco Room kits.
Please help how to solve this issue.
Thanks

Make sure you have set up and configured it all correctly, and have all the required firewall ports opened.

It's not a supported feature today. It mentions this in the Webex CVI deployment guide below under Limitations:
When Microsoft Teams participants share, only the sharing Desktop or Window options are viewable by video integration participants. Video integration participants can't view files or the PowerPoint or Whiteboard options shared from the Microsoft Teams client.
Looks like there was a request suggested on the Webex User Community Feedback site, but it currently has a "Not likely to implement status"

CVI does not support application sharing (Powerpoint Live, white boards etc). We are a Cisco Solutions Plus partner - Synergy SKY and our Synergy SKY platform enables the Cisco device to connect to any Teams meeting (internal or external) and share content both by screen sharing and application sharing (Powerpoint Live, white boards etc). We can also enable Zoom and Google connections without gateways (no CRC or Google gateway) needed to complete the call...and we enable content share too right from the Cisco device. If you are interested in knowing more you can reach out to me at sl at synergysky dot com.
