Webex Room55 - Joins Teams via Pexip - Intermittent Buffering issue

Hi, the Webex Room 55 in the office of one of our execs is having a problem - when they are joined to a MS Teams meeting via Pexip, the feed intermittently freezes in video and audio, and then when it unfreezes the audio is sped up, as though it is on 3x trying to catch up to 'live'. For the people on the other end, he is the one seems to freeze for a few seconds until the stream speeds to catch up, while other participants seem to move and speak normally.

We have several other identical devices throughout the building, none of which are experiencing this problem in similar situations.

Current OS is RoomOS-11.5.2.4-eea5e67094e. I not sure, but I don't believe that he was experiencing this problem before the device was upgraded from OS 9 about a month ago.

I'd raise this issue with Pexip support - Cisco video endpoints don't store the audio/video as far as I know. Since the media is going through the Pexip gateway and changing from SIP to Microsoft protocol, I would guess it's more likely to be an issue there than with the endpoint. Certainly worth a look at the very least.
