Cisco Spark direct IP call

Good afternoon, colleagues.
The question is how to set up a Cisco Spark Codec Plus for calls on a SIP URI or IP.

I made the settings without using a proxy, in theory, I should be able to dial the IP address of another system (for example SX20) and it will accept the call. However, I turned off H323 and specified a  protocol for SIP calls, but in the logs I see that the codec is trying to establish a connection through H323.

Tell me how to be, how to configure the codec correctly for calls by IP?

Hello,

So in SIP you will be dialing in URI ( number@domain or ip) format not just IP.

And in H323 you can directly call IP and H323 mode should be Direct not gatekeeper.

So try to set SIP URI and then dial and it should work.

Thanks
