Hello Snehal,
Please provide some more information like-
Have you configured the spark room kit mini? is the web GUI accessible?
Is it registered with some call agent (CUCM, VCS)? or its a standalone unit?
Do you see any errors when logging through GUI? have you done the first time setup completed?
May be giving these answers one can help you better.
Thanks

Hello,
You can skip the setup by going to diagnostics through web gui and also you can make the config as false for run setup wizard.
To use it as standalone-
Then either you should use a public IP on endpoint or a Nated ip and the following ports should be open on firewall-
+++++++++++++++
For H.323:
Gatekeeper Discovery (RAS) - Port 1719 - UDP
Q.931 call Setup - Port 1720 - TCP
H.245 - Port Range 5555-5574 - TCP for Static
For SIP 5060/5061- TCP
Video - Port Range 2326-2485 - UDP
Audio - Port Range 2326-2485 - UDP
Data/FECC - Port Range - 2326-2485 - UDP
++++++++++++++
Also if you are using H323 then mode should be direct and if you are using SIP then public DNS should be configured on endpoint.
There are many discussions on community if you search with word "Standalone"
Thanks.

Hi , can i make and receive H323 and Sip calls with a standalone unit , using codec + private ip + nat public ip and firewall ?
Im using right now room kit mini but i think is the same configuration that for old codecs as mx300 , sx20 ,...

Yes it is possible, you don't need to configure a static public ip unless you are receiving calls directly. firewall are quite standard.
