Hi,
One of our customers bought CS-KITPLUS-K9 with no Spark subscription. currently, the SPARK kit is integrated with CUCM and able to make calls in/out and no Expressway C/E in place. the customer has Webex subscription and would like to make video conference from the SPARK room kit. we would like to know what configuration required on CUCM to achieve this, do we need to set up expressway C and E.?.

Take a look at WebEx Meeting Center Video Conferencing Enterprise Deployment Guide (WBS31 and WBS32). You'll need an Expressway-C/E, but they are $0 for customers who have CUCM.

Yes, you need an model similar to Exp-C & E to integrate with CUCM and then you can leverage the WebEx option "call my video system" during hosting the meeting or can simply dial from the spark-kit as an host.
However if you enable the spark kit to use H.323 in addition to SIP then you can use that as well to dial URI, however you must configure NAT for this setup to work.

Alok

Thanks for your quick response.
the customer has only 1 Spark Unit and their requirement is to just Join Video meeting on Webex and dialing to 3rd party using sip uri dialing. to achieve this what will be the minimum requirement. the customer has very small setup and has no dmz to place Expressway E.
